You will need: a canvas of any size (I used an 11x14"), acrylic paints consisting of primary colours (I use bright/cadmium yellow, crimson/cadmium or bright red, primary or phthalo blue) and black and white, 3 brushes of different sizes eg, mop brush for background or flat large brush, medium round brush #6 and flat and angled #4, and small detailed #0 and #2 with a pointy tip, a water cup and paper towel.
