Platinum Membership

Absolutely! For $14.15 a month you will get 2 free recordings (total value of $20) of your choice from our “Video Tutorials” tab on our website. We offer 450+ recordings currently in our library. In addition to this, you will receive 20% off all upcoming events and video tutorials from our store for as long as you stay a member with us. To redeem your 20% off sitewide, use the discount code: 20%OFF (this code will only work for active and logged in subscribers. The "Platinum Membership" product is excluded from this discount).
You will be billed the same calendar day each month. Ex: Joining September 3rd will renew Oct 3rd, Nov 3rd, etc. This plan is automatically renewed until you cancel. You may cancel anytime without penalty and all perks are in effect until the end of that month’s term. Ex: if your membership renews on the 3rd of each month and you cancel on October 6th, your perks are still accessible to you until Nov 3rd. You are then entitled to 2 recordings for each month your membership got renewed.

Each month your Platinum Membership renews, we automatically issue you 2 "points".
1 point = 1 free video ($10 discount code).
These points never expire, and can be used whenever you like to redeem your free videos.
To claim your rewards, you must be logged in to your member account. Once logged in, click the “Subscription Points” button at the bottom left of your screen. At the top of your Subscription Points Dashboard, you will see your total accumulated points.
From there, you need to claim your free videos by clicking the "Rewards" tab and clicking "1 Free Video Tutorial". Each time you spend a point to redeem a video, you will be issued a unique discount code. Copy your discount code upon redemption so you can paste it at checkout and enjoy your free video tutorial!
Want to see all your redeemed coupon codes? Click the "Home" tab on your Subscription Points Dashboard. Scroll down to see "Your Active Rewards". If you haven't used all your codes, you can copy them again here for use at checkout.

Please note: Discount codes cannot be combined. If you want to redeem both your videos, you will have to place 2 separate orders.
Yes, absolutely, you can cancel your subscription any time!Â
Log into your member’s account, click "Manage Subscription", then "See more details".
From there, you can either cancel your subscription or if you just want to skip a few months, you can pause your subscription for as long as you want.
Pausing your subscription is a great option to ensure all of your subscription history is there when you're ready to come back again!
If you just want to skip one month, click "Skip Order" and your renewal will continue as normal the following month.
Log into your member’s account, click "Manage Subscription", then "See more details".
From there, you can update your billing information (click edit payment details), reschedule your next order, skip your next order, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription all together.

With this membership you get unlimited access to all the video tutorials and virtual events of your choice.

Event & Video Recording Orders
Find everything you need to know about orders placed for live events, video tutorial recordings, and virtual events below.
A link to the recording is sent out right after an event or the following day to the email you registered under. Check your spam or junk folder just in case it got stuck there otherwise please email us and we will resend it to you if it did not go through.
Absolutely! All our zoom events come with recordings so you are all set whether you can make it or not.
The link to the recording will be sent out to all ticket holders via email shortly after the zoom event is finished or the following day. That link never expires and you can rewatch the video as many times as you would like! If you don’t see it in your inbox within that time frame, please check your spam/junk folder before emailing us to get your recording.
Our system automatically sends out a confirmation email with a zoom link and your ticket confirmation upon purchase. Your ticket confirmation should have your zoom invite in it as well that says, “Join Zoom Meeting”. Sometimes our mail can go to the spam or junk folder so please check there first. If it is not there, please email us and we will send you the link as fast as possible!

Fundraisers & Special Events
Whether you're planning to host a private party or organizing a fundraiser, find everything you need to know below.
We love hosting private parties! Currently we can host in person events following covid-19 guidelines as well as virtual events. We are located throughout most of Ontario for in person events.
Our rates for 2-hour private events vary on how many participants you have and whether it is in person or virtual. Please email us so we can get your quote ready and start planning your party! We host events for all ages with a 200 person capacity for virtual events and can book from 1 week to a few months in advance. We look forward to getting your private party started!Â
Yes definitely!
We love hosting fundraisers and raising money for a worthy cause.
What we require from you is the name of the fundraiser/cause, the date or approximate date/time you are wanting to book, your choice of painting or theme of what we should create for the event, and where we should donate our total raised funds. For every ticket sold, we donate $6 CAD back to the charity/fundraiser.Â
We highly recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to sell as many tickets as possible.
After the event is over, we will send you a screenshot or receipt of confirmation of the amount we raised and donated. Please note, we can only arrange a fundraiser event for a registered charity.
