Absolutely! Our Creative Club membership allows you to instantly gain access to all of our tutorials - including upcoming events. You also have the option to join our Monthly Paint Night events on Zoom each month. After signing up, log in to your account, click all tutorials you would like to claim, and then check out. They are automatically set to free - no code or coupon required! You may keep all tutorials you claim or "purchase" as free even after you cancel. You do not lose viewing access if you have claimed them.

You may join by signing up and paying for the event. Or, if you are an Artists Palette Creative Member, this is free as part of your monthly subscription with us, and an email with a Zoom invite is sent to you on the day of the live event - no registration required. It is optional to join :)

Log in to your account with the email you are currently subscribed with, click all tutorials you want to claim (these can be live events and past tutorials), go to your cart and check out, they are automatically set to free - no charge!

You may cancel your subscription any time! 

Log in to your account, click "Manage Subscription", then click cancel - easy!

Log into your member’s account, click "Manage Subscription", then "See more details".

From there, you can update your billing information (click edit payment details), reschedule your next order, skip your next order, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription all together.

If you have any troubles or need help managing your subscription, send us an email and we'll be happy to help!

We allow refunds and credits up to 48 hours before an event. You may notify the artist, Liesl, at hello@artistspalettedurham.com if you need to cancel or move your ticket to another event. We do our best to accommodate you because we know that life happens.

A link to the recording is sent out right after an event or the following day to the email you registered under. Check your spam or junk folder just in case it got stuck there otherwise please email us and we will resend it to you if it did not go through.

Absolutely! All upcoming events come with a tutorial that you can watch anytime at your own pace.

The link to the recording will be sent out to all ticket holders via email the day the event is scheduled to be released.

We love hosting private parties! Currently we can host in person events following covid-19 guidelines as well as virtual events. We are located throughout most of Ontario for in person events.

Our rates for 2-hour private events vary on how many participants you have and whether it is in person or virtual. Please email us so we can get your quote ready and start planning your party! We host events for all ages with a 200 person capacity for virtual events and can book from 1 week to a few months in advance. We look forward to getting your private party started! 

Yes definitely!

We love hosting fundraisers and raising money for a worthy cause.

What we require from you is the name of the fundraiser/cause, the date or approximate date/time you are wanting to book, your choice of painting or theme of what we should create for the event, and where we should donate our total raised funds. For every ticket sold, we donate $6 CAD back to the charity/fundraiser. 

We highly recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to sell as many tickets as possible.

After the event is over, we will send you a screenshot or receipt of confirmation of the amount we raised and donated. Please note, we can only arrange a fundraiser event for a registered charity.
