Liesl
Founder, Co-Owner, and Artist
Liesl started Artists Palette Durham Region to share with others her passion in hopes to keep everyone busy, start or restart a hobby/interest and hopefully inspire!
Many of the paintings found in the gallery are original artworks of Liesl’s. She specializes in Acrylics and enjoys painting a variety of styles from impressionist, abstract, to realism.

Vera
Co-Owner & Artist
Vera is a professional artist living and working in Oshawa. Vera specializes in abstract, portraiture and animal paintings. She is also an easy going, fun and upbeat instructor with a great knowledge of art techniques and styles!

Chris
Artist
Chris is a graduate of Fanshawe College and hails from London ON, and enjoys competing in local Art Battles. Specializing in watercolour and acrylic, you can join her virtually (often with her 3 cats!) for a fun creativity break.

Karin
Artist
Graduating from a joined program with Georgian College and Thompson Rivers University, Karin received her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. In her personal work, Karin specializes in portraits and animals using graphite pencil. She loves inspiring others to do what they love while giving them the skills to access that passion. Her teaching style is very down-to-earth, yet, informative.

Nadia
Artist
Nadia is an award-winning artist living and working in Toronto. She is an elected member of Ontario Society of Artists – the oldest professional artist association in Canada. She loves painting still lives and landscapes and mostly does it from life. In summer Nadia is outside with her easel or setting up floral still lives from her own garden. Oil is her medium of choice.

Donna
Artist
Donna Has always been involved in arts or crafts in one way or another. Over the years she has done embroidery, macramé, stained glass, stepping stones, pottery, and eventually got into painting with acrylics. Although she loves impressionistic painting, her style is more realism. She has recently been experimenting with alcohol inks. Her love for painting led her to start Paint Nite events in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan. She believes everyone should be able to experience the joy in creating.
