You will need a canvas of any size (we use 16x20 or 12x16), acrylic paint consisting of red, blue, yellow, black and white. The acrylic paints we use are from Curry's and we find it is good student-grade paint. The exact names read on our 2L bottles are; bright red (NOT the orange pigment), bright yellow or cadmium yellow, phthalo blue, black or carbon black and titanium white. You will need an assortment of synthetic brushes consisting of detailed #0 or #2, medium flat/round #4 and a flat large brush#12 or #16. A water cup and paper towel to rinse and dry off your brushes.
