Description
Come prepared with:
1)Dowel or branch about 12″ wide and 1″ in diameter ( to hang the leaves)
2) Macrame cord ( artist used triple standard 3mm cord), 10 meters for each leaf, 30 meters total. ( Artist used “Granite” and “Moon Mist” and got her cord from “Unfettered” on Etsy);
3) one sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper;
4) pencil/pen;
5) scissors;
6) masking tape or painter’s tape;
7) ruler;
8) fine-tooth comb.
OPTIONAL – a macrame board and some “T-pins”. Artist will be showing the instructions without one so you don’t have to buy it, but it is definitely easier with one.
Artist used two different colours but if you want to keep the costs down – you could do all three leaves in the same colour. “Unfettered” sells the small balls of cord in six-packs so you could also split a pack with some friends.
