This is two tutorials for the price of one! You will need watercolour paper, cake palette watercolours or tube paints, white ink or white acrylic paint, pencil, 2-3 soft brushes eg, small detailed #0 and/or#1 and round brush #4 and/or #6, a water cup and paper towel. Metallic or pearlescent watercolours are a nice option you can add. Grab a ruler and a pencil and eraser, and some thin black pens or thin/regular Sharpies. A drawing compass, or circular shaped things (cup, bowl) will help you draw circles.
Watercolour paint sets we use are usually cake palettes of various brands. We recommend Koi, Crayola’s basic set (for absolute beginners) and Windsor and Newton. If you are using tubes, we recommend Windsor and Newton. Watercolour pencils and crayons are also acceptable!
